...meaning can be revealed and reclaimed.

Therapy is not for crazy people. Anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by their problems and finding it difficult to cope may be able to benefit from psychotherapy. There are many misconceptions about therapy. Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a therapist. Through dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly. You and your therapist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. Through this work a therapist will be assisting you in showing up as who you want to be in the world, and in your own life.
